We usually make a steak once a week. Through the fall and winter I was invariably mashing potatoes and roasting broccolini. But with the advent of Spring something lighter seemed in order. Enter brown butter potatoes with garlic scape crema, fresh peas sautéed with Benton’s bacon, and strawberries with chocolate balsamic and fresh whipped cream.
Of course some inhabitants of CasadeZuverhaji were really just in it for the steak.
