So I got to thinking maybe I'm not so keen on cooking in Teflon (PFOAs/PFCs etc. don't seem super friendly to the body). And I mean really, the benefits of non-stick can be easily replicated with MORE butter anyway right?That said, there are a few things that it's just easier to cook in a non-stick surface. Enter scanpan! It's green (both PFOA free and made of recycled aluminum) and so far it has worked just as well as Teflon for me. YAY!
