Napa and Crabs …

I always think I’m not going to be able to eat for days after a huge Thanksgiving meal. But when presented with a huge pile of Dungeness crabs, lots of melted butter and the spoils of a wonderful day in Napa, all of that somehow goes out the window.  It’s crab season in Northern CA and if you’re around I suggest you swing by your local purveyor of cracked and cleaned crustaceans, grab some butter and some champagne and have a feast!
